As an HIV doc I’ve practiced in Ryan White funded clinics and clinics that weren’t. Ryan White clinics are better. Now @SenWarren is proposing a similar model for the opioid epidemic. Because in HIV and substance use, meds work, but they work much better with support. pic.twitter.com/Aa2ZL3XwpR
